Our mission
AI is reshaping every industry — but most organizations struggle to turn potential into progress. They know AI matters, yet face uncertainty about where to start, what's realistic, and which initiatives will actually deliver value.
BrAIght Wave exists to close that gap.
We combine deep AI expertise with product thinking and real-world implementation experience to help teams move from uncertainty to clear decisions — and from ideas to execution. We don't stop at strategy. We help teams build, integrate, and adopt AI in ways that work inside real businesses.
Our experience
These numbers reflect hands-on work — across strategy, implementation, and team enablement — not theory or experimentation.
What we believe
Clarity over complexity
AI should simplify decision-making, not add layers of confusion. Every recommendation we make is designed to create focus and direction.
Outcomes over outputs
We measure success by real business impact — not documents, frameworks, or slide decks. If it doesn't create value in practice, it doesn't matter.
Empowerment over dependency
Our goal is to leave teams stronger and more capable. Knowledge transfer and long-term capability building are built into everything we deliver.
Honesty over hype
We say what will work — and what won't. No buzzwords. No inflated promises. Just realistic guidance grounded in experience.
Meet the founder

Shmulik Davar
Founder & CEO
Shmulik Davar is the founder and CEO of BrAIght Wave and an AI Lecturer at Reichman University, where he teaches the next generation of product leaders to build with AI. He pairs that academic grounding with deep hands-on practice — designing and shipping production AI systems for enterprises across cybersecurity, healthcare, fintech, and martech, including CyberArk, AppsFlyer, Varonis, and Assuta.
Before BrAIght Wave he held senior product roles — including VP of Product at a fintech operating across African markets — and co-founded the product consultancy 10xPM. Today he also guides enterprise R&D teams through the shift from traditional SDLC to agentic, AI-native development. That mix is the whole point: someone who understands the business, teaches the theory, and still writes the code. Not a slide-deck consultant — a practitioner who builds what he recommends.
