Shmulik Davar
Founder & CEO
Shmulik Davar is the founder and CEO of BrAIght Wave, where he helps enterprises turn AI strategy into production systems and measurable business impact. He works hands-on with companies across cybersecurity, healthcare, fintech, and martech, including Palo Alto Networks, AppsFlyer, Varonis, and Assuta, designing and shipping AI solutions and helping R&D organizations transition from traditional SDLC to agentic, AI-native development.
Before founding BrAIght Wave, Shmulik held senior product leadership roles, including VP of Product at a fintech operating across African markets, and co-founded the product consultancy 10xPM. His background spans more than 15 years of building products, leading teams, and turning emerging technologies into real-world solutions.
Alongside his industry work, Shmulik is an AI Lecturer at Reichman University and the Hebrew University, where he teaches the next generation of product leaders how to build with AI.
That combination defines his approach: he understands the business, has led products at scale, teaches the methodology, and still works hands-on with the technology. Not a slide-deck consultant, but a practitioner who builds what he recommends.
